Mindful Art – Afternoon Class – 5 weeks

FreeThe Mindful Acrylic Painting Class is suitable for individuals with no previous knowledge of art and who wish to develop their artistic skills in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
Learning how to paint can be a wonderful way to express your creativity and relieve stress.
Before you dive into creating complex paintings, it’s important to master the basics. This includes learning about colour theory, colour mixing and behaviour of acrylic paint, brush and application techniques, and composition and design.
You will follow step-by-step instructions and complete various painting projects and experiment with different techniques and styles.
Painting is a creative outlet, so remember that there are no right or wrong ways to paint, so have fun and enjoy the process.
